ARKADE Purchase Information

Thank you for supporting our Ark unofficial community! ARKADE prides ourselves on offering PvE communities that are completely free to play.

ARKADE is rare in that we are a large community yet we re-invest every dollar right back into our servers to cover our monthly expenses. We carefully choose the best gaming dedicated servers available with fast processors and the best DDoS protection. We strategically place these machines around the world so we can offer low ping from NA to EU and more! With low maps per server, we offer plenty of slots to everyone gets a chance to play. We'll even run multiple copies of in-demand maps, such as Ragnarok, Extinction and Genesis 2 which have 4-5 Maps throughout our clusters! We only care about giving EVERYONE a chance to play on a fair playing ground. You won't have to pay for whitelisting to be able to play on any of our maps.

Contributions will not get you OP items or dinos - everything that is offered in both the Tebex Shop and the in-game Coin shop are items you can get by simply playing. Everyone earns one coin per minute while playing on the clusters. Some VIP tiers will boost this bonus slightly. Any VIP dinos offered are usually mostly for cosmetic reasons - you get an adorable ARKADE colored dino!

While being a VIP member supports the community and provides exclusive in-game perks, it does not grant special privileges or priority treatment in support or moderation matters. All members of the ARKADE community are treated equally and fairly, regardless of membership status.

Need to cancel?

Currently our shop uses only Paypal as a payment method. If you started a Paypal subscription and need to cancel, you can do so from your Paypal subscriptions page. Here is a guide on how to do just that:

Terms of Service

Contributions to ARKADE are payment for virtual perks or items. All items are virtual and have no value. The transaction is final and no refunds will be given. Purchased items lost in natural events in-game will not be replaced.

If you are banned for breaking the rules on ARKADE, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins.

If you purchased a subscription but stopped playing and forgot to cancel and it renewed for a second month, please contact us via Discord. If you contact us within 3 days of the charge, we will show you how to cancel the subscription and send a refund.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Discord VIPs

When purchasing any package, you can log in with your Discord ID and automatically become Discord VIP for a month!

If you prefer to remain Anonymous and not be verbally thanked during our weekly Friday Fireside chat or pinged a thank you in Discord VIP, choose the "Anonymous" option. If you don't use Discord, choose the "No Discord" option. Otherwise, we'd love to recognize you!

Verbal Thank You in Fireside - We name off all current subscribers each week their subscription is active, and all new, one-time purchase for services the week they purchase, if we run a Fireside that week (which is most of the time)
Discord VIP role - Highest community Discord role in the list (after the ARKADE Support Team)

Access to Discord VIP Text/Voice channels
Create your own Tickets, the only other community members that can make tickets are Tribe Reps
We may even invite you to test new maps or events

Discord VIP Duration
